  1.  The menu IS currently in Menu Edit Mode. The menu acts almost the same in
  2.  Menu Edit Mode as it does in Run Mode with a few important exceptions.
  3. 1) Exit to DOS is disabled while in Menu Edit Mode.
  4. 2) All menu items are enabled, even those with allow conditions.
  5. 3) When an item which runs DOS commands is selected, the commands for that
  6.    item appear in an edit window where they can be modified.
  7. 4) The System Menu is replaced with the Builder Menu. The Builder Menu
  8.    contains items which pertain to the menu configuration settings. It also
  9.    provides a way to create a new menu file, and a way to return to Run Mode.
  10.    If create a new menu is selected, any changes to the current menu are lost
  11.    and the new menu becomes the current menu. When Return to Run Mode is
  12.    selected, all changes made are saved to their respective files on disk.
  13. 5) Two other menus provide ways to manipulate menus and items.
  14.    The Menu Settings Menu provides eleven ways to modify each of the menus
  15.    you have defined. These are settings which relate to the menu as a whole.
  16.    The Item Settings Menu provides eleven ways to modify each of the items
  17.    on a menu. It also provides a way to add new items and Delete/Restore them.
  18.    Both of the Settings Menus operate on the currently active menu. To modify
  19.    a submenu, call it up as if you were going to run something from it.
